Refund Policy

Donations are voluntary and are not purchases of goods. Cash is added to your account as a thank-you straight after the donation.

## Refunds
- Because Cash is delivered instantly, donations are not refunded once the Cash has been added.
- If a donation didn't arrive, or you were charged twice, open a support ticket with the date and the amount: we fix it or refund it.

## Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed or charged back, the Cash and anything bought with it is removed, and the account can be suspended.
